Quality replacement free-motion darning foot designed for Bernina NEW STYLE machines with 9mm maximum stitch width. This specialized spring-loaded foot is ideal for darning, free-motion embroidery, and quilting with excellent visibility and control.

IMPORTANT: New Style vs. Old Style

This is a NEW STYLE foot. Bernina uses a proprietary presser foot system, and New Style and Old Style feet are NOT interchangeable. To identify your foot style:

• New Style (Genuine Bernina): White sticker with RED numbers/letters, squared shank with notch on back
• New Style (Aftermarket): No red sticker, but squared shank with notch on back, designated with "C" or "N" suffix (like #9N)
• Old Style: White sticker with BLACK numbers/letters, rounded shank back with no cut-out

This foot fits machines with maximum stitch width of 9mm (Activa, Artista, Aurora, B-series, Virtuosa). It will NOT fit Old Style 5.5mm machines without an adapter.
